Sustainability
Green fabrics - Biodegradable
The evolution of sustainable biomaterials is largely a response to the need to reduce the environmental impact of the fashion industry, one of the worst planetary polluters.
Mindful of this impact on the environment, clothing has been created from green certified fabrics which have a lower ecological footprint along with natural MOP buttons and azo free inks in printing which lay the foundation for mindful & versatile pieces.
Care is also taken to optimise the reduction of waste in sourcing, production, styling & packaging.
Design
Inspiration - Impressionist art
A considerable amount of time has been spent in studying the properties of different plant-based materials. This research has led to the selection of the textiles that could be transformed into breathable, eco-friendly collections that are gentle on the skin and do not compromise on aesthetics.
The designs are neither Eastern nor Western but rather draw inspiration from the Arts and Cultures of the World.

Collection
Versatile & Luxe
The brand's primary mission is to help make a difference in the transition to sustainable practices and conscious consumerism in fashion.
The collection features Hemp, Bamboo, Orange, and Rose fabrics with unique benefits like low water usage, quick cultivation, and 100% biodegradability.
Local artisans have been engaged where each piece is made with love care & attention to detail.
Moon n Lotus embraces slow fashion and has a vision of producing fine pieces that are diverse in their pairings and thereby promote the concept of a capsule wardrobe.
