Shipping Policy
Shipping in India:
Estimated delivery between 7 to 15 working days
Shipping to UAE:
Estimated delivery between 7 to 20 working days
Shipping To US & Canada:
Estimated delivery between 15 to 30 working days
SHIPPING
All orders are processed and shipped out within 7-15 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends & holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information, and are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
https://www.moonnlotus.com/ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the authorities.
RETURN REQUEST DAYS
https://www.moonnlotus.com/ does not have a return policy. In case of special requests / cases we allow you to return the item(s) within a period of 7 days. Kindly be advised that the item(s) should be returned unopened with all tags & shipping information and should be unused.
OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS
https://www.moonnlotus.com/ has the following options for the items which are out of stock: (a) you can notify us from the product page (b) you can write to us on services@moonnlotus.com for a customised product delivery.
IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES
When dealing with https://www.moonnlotus.com/ you have the following options when it comes to taxes as well as import duties: Any tax over and above the value that is already accounted for in your MRP and billing will be borne by the customer on actuals. For ex: you will be required to settle the requisite fees for international orders at the destination country.

Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Moon N Lotus.
We don't accept returns, unless there is a defect or a special case. You can write to us on services@moonnlotus.com to share your issue within 7 days of receiving the product.
We invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable on all purchases:
India: Exchange, Return & Refund
Please write to us within 7 days of receiving the product. Return shipment with all packaging & tags intact. Used or worn items will not be accepted back. Refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Courier charges of from INR 500 to INR 1000/- (subject to location), will be deducted from the refund.
UAE: Exchange, Return & Refund
Please write to us within 7 days of receiving the product. Return shipment with all packaging & tags intact. Used or worn items will not be accepted back. Refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Courier charges of from INR 1500 to INR 2500/- (subject to location), will be deducted from the refund.
US: Exchange, Return & Refund
Please write to us within 7 days of receiving the product. Return shipment with all packaging & tags intact. Used or worn items will not be accepted back. Refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Courier charges of from INR 3500 to INR 7500/- (subject to location), will be deducted from the refund.

Interpretation

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us. Service refers to the Website. Website refers to the brand Moon n Lotus (MoonLotus LLP), accessible from https://www.moonnlotus.com/You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24hrs of purchase by requesting for cancellation on services@moonnlotus.com. The order cannot be cancelled if the Goods are already picked up by the third party We have appointed to delivery the courier to You. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement and send it to Us on our official email id: services@moonnlotus.com. You can can also write to Us on the this platform - https://www.moonnlotus.com/contact. We will reimburse You within 7 to 14 days from the day we confirm Order Cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order. You will not incur any additional taxes or fees from our side for such a refund.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging with tags and shipping details intact
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or customised.
- The supply of Goods which were used or don't have the tags and packaging in which they were delivered.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded.
Returning Goods

Please note, we cannot be held liable for goods that are damaged or lost during the return shipment. To ensure the safe return of your item, we strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.
Refunds can only be processed once we receive the returned goods or if we have a valid proof of delivery.
Gifts
If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to You, You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return after we have receive the returned product. Please contact our support team at www.moonnlotus.com/contact and they will guide you through the next steps.
If the goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- For UPI payments, the refund will be credited to the UPI ID used for the original transaction.
- For other payment methods, our support team will either reach out to you or you can contact them directly for assistance.
