I visited Studio Luxe with my friends, it is a thoughtfully curated space known for bringing together emerging designers and conscious fashion labels, not expecting that we’d walk into one of my favourite discoveries again, Moon N Lotus. The moment I spotted the rack, I got excited and pulled them in to show what made this brand so special. They had seen my rose-fabric kaftan before, but this time, they got to experience something new, fabrics made from corn and oranges. There was something special about that moment, watching them touch, feel, and react with the same curiosity I once had. Qiinza, Goa, and I instantly connected with the brand’s breathable fabrics, eco-conscious approach, and versatile silhouettes. In Goa, the pieces felt more relaxed, long, flowy dresses, softer silhouettes, and styles that moved with the coastal pace. But in Bangalore, the same brand took on a sharper, more structured identity.
At Studio Luxe, I experienced a completely different side of the brand. The Bangalore collection focused on structured silhouettes like shirts, tops, kaftans, and wrap styles. Perfect for modern workwear, travel outfits, and day-to-evening fashion. These pieces felt more tailored and urban, while still maintaining the brand’s signature comfort and sustainability.
Later, when we went to the Vegan Market by Namu to grab some food, Its a vegan market that happens for 2 day 2-3 times a year, great place to explore vegan brands but I was honestly so excited to see that Moon N Lotus was part of the pop-up there as well. And this time, I couldn't find the same kimono top in orange fabric but they told me since it was from their previous collection so they will custom make it as they make what the people love. It felt so alive as the piece I had left behind in Goa. It felt like the piece had somehow found its way back to me.
What stayed with me was how naturally the brand fit into both cities. In Goa, it feels like resort wear you live in. In Bangalore, it becomes part of a more structured, everyday wardrobe. Moon N Lotus is a beautiful example of how sustainable fashion in India can evolve across spaces while staying rooted in conscious design, creating pieces that move with you, wherever you are. Moon N Lotus, to me, is more than just a brand. It’s a growing experience one that evolves with you, across cities, moments, and memories, while staying deeply connected to conscious, sustainable fashion.
